    After you complete the form, there are several options to return this application:

1. You can print it and return it via mail to the address below.  2. Fill it out, scan it and email it back.  3. Bring it with you when you arrive to tour / visit the rental property.

Please keep in mind that this is an application only and NOT a rental / lease agreement.  There is no guarantee that you will, or will not, be selected for this rental property.

We will go through all qualified applicants and select one in a timely manner.  If you do not hear back from someone in our office please feel free to contact us to receive an update on your application.  The applicant who is selected will be notified by phone or email.

Please remember that a $35 application fee must be paid  (cash, certified check or money order, made payable to John Charles Properties LLC) in order to review your application or else it will be forfeit from consideration.  This fee goes towards a background check for past credit history, criminal record of any major offenses and any legal civil suits that might be pending due to previous unpaid rent or criminal charges.  Our company has a responsibility to the communities in which our housing units are located to continue to provide a safe and trouble-free atmosphere for the neighbors.
